News : Woman with two váginas rejects $1million offer to make ádult film

A woman with two vaginas  who has captured the attention of the pórn industry has said she would never consider accepting any role in a film.Hazel Jones appeared on TV earlier this week, where she revealed she was diagnosed with 'uterús didelphys' - a condition which means she has two wombs and two cervixes.
The 27-year-old has since been approached by Vivid Entertainment, a U.S. ádult film production company. But the horrified blonde, from High Wycombe, claims she would turned down any deal.
According to This Morning, she said: 'I have never received any offers of this kind of work nor would I never consider doing it in a million years. 'I just want to be left alone.'
The response comes after founder of Vivid Steven Hirsch wrote a letter to Ms Jones offering her $1m to star in one of his films, TMZ.com revealed. In the letter, Hirsch wrote: 'You are obviously an extraordinary woman and I would like to make you an offer to star in an upcoming Vivid production.
'We would pay you up to $1 million for your services.'
Hirsch also promised to cover travel and accommodation expenses, as the film would be shot in Los Angeles.Hirsch wrote: 'We would fly you out to L.A. as soon as you are available and provide you with first class accommodations'
A spokesperson for Vivid confirmed the offer, saying: 'It's true. 'Steven made an offer to Hazel Jones.'Vivid became the first studio to introduce celebrity séx tapés, showing footage of Pamela Anderson and then-husband Tommy Lee and Kim Kardashian. Hazel Jones has yet to respond to the offer.
But she told ITV's This Morning she was comfortable with having the condition - despite the fact she had to effectively lose her vírginity twice.'Once I found out what it was I told everybody,' she told TV hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.'I thought it was amazing and it's definitely an ice-breaker at parties' She added: 'If women want to have a look, I'm quite happy to show them, it's not something I'm embarrassed by.'Hazel went to the doctor after her long-term boyfriend told her she was 'different' in the genital area.Hazel said previously she had found séx very uncomfortable, but now she didn't suffer any adverse effects. She turned down surgery as it could have left significant scar tissue.

France Immortalises Zidane Headbutt With Statue

The infamous headbutt that French football legend Zinedine Zidane landed on Marco Materazzi during a World Cup final has been transformed into a giant statue and displayed in front of the Pompidou Centre in Paris. The bronze work of art, simply titled “Headbutt”, was Wednesday attracting crowds of tourists and locals who jostled to have their photos taken in front of the five-metre (16-foot) statue. The sculpture is by Algerian artist Adel Abdessemed, subject of a retrospective exhibition in the Pompidou from October 3 until next January.
“This statue goes against the tradition of making statues in honour of certain victories. It is an ode to defeat,” said exhibition organiser Alain Michaud.A much smaller version of the statue — which shows the two football players in the seconds after the headbutt, with the Italian player reeling after the attack — was previously exhibited by a New York art gallery. Zidane, who holds legendary status in France as a member of the national teams that won the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000, was sent off in the 2006 World Cup final for headbutting Marco Materazzi in the chest. That was the then France captain’s last ever professional match as a player and he later claimed he had reacted to slurs the Italian directed against his sister and mother.

The statue will stay in its spot in front of the Pompidou till the end of the Abdessemed exhibition in January.

Photo:Meet World’s Poorest President Who Drives A Volkswagen Beetle

Whenever the price of premium motor spirit (PMS) popularly called petrol, is to be increased, the people in charge will readily point in the direction of other oil producing countries that pay more for the commodity than we do. But do they ever show us example of leaders that don’t live flamboyantly and extravagantly on state resources like they do? Our public officials should be burying their heads in shame!
President of Uruguay, José Mujica is a living proof of humility in service – a beacon of hope that indeed, leadership is still all about service to the people not self. President José Mujica is getting world wide recognition and respect for donating 90 percent (not slashing ‘25%’) of his earnings to charitable causes.
He has earned what most people would call an enviable reputation as the “poorest,” or the “most generous,” president in the world. His nickname, “el presidente mas pobre” translates to “poorest president”.
The President said in a recent interview that the only big item he owns is his Volkswagen Beetle car, valued at $1,945 dollars (about N308,283) . He earns a salary of $12,500 a month (N1,981,250), but only keeps $1,250(N198,125) for himself, donating the rest to charity.
He lives in a farmhouse which is under his wife’s name,  Lucía Topolansky, a Senator, who also donates part of her salary.
The 77 year-old who has been Uruguay’s president since March 1, 2010 told El Mundo, “I DO FINE WITH THAT AMOUNT; I HAVE TO DO FINE BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY URUGUAYANS WHO LIVE WITH MUCH LESS.”
I just had to cut-in to lay emphasis on that last line! How many Nigerian leaders can say and do so truthfully without dipping their hands into the public till when no one is watching? Food for thought! Continue reading…
It was also reported that under his stewardship, Uruguay has become known for low levels of corruption. The South American country ranks as the second least corrupt country in Latin America in Transparency International’s global corruption index.
Yahoo News reported that the President has no bank accounts,  no debts, and he enjoys the companionship of his dog, Manuela. When his term is over, the President hopes to rest even more peacefully in his farmhouse, along with his wife and his inseparable dog.
The Last time I checked, a former president retired to a farm of chickens that rake in millions/month...

MADNESS!!! Another USA man on a shooting spree, kills four and self

The gunman who opened fire inside a Minneapolis sign-making business killed four people before fatally shooting himself, police said early Friday.
The victims' bodies were found shortly after officers arrived at Accent Signage Systems Inc., located in a residential area in the city's north side, after receiving a 911 call Thursday afternoon, according to a statement from police spokesman Sgt. Stephen McCarty.
"When officers arrived and entered the business to assist with the evacuation of employees, give aid to the victims and to search for the suspect, they found four victims dead from apparent gunshot wounds," the statement said.Four other people were wounded, including three critically.
No details were released about the shooter, other than he was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.During a news conference Thursday night, Minneapolis Police Deputy Chief Kris Arneson wouldn't specify how many people had been killed, saying only that "several" victims were found dead inside. She said police never fired at the shooter, but she didn't release other details — including the shooter's possible motive or whether he had worked at the company.
Hennepin County Medical Center was treating the four patients, including three men in critical condition, according to a hospital spokeswoman. The fourth victim suffered minor injuries, police said.
None of the victims' names has been released.
Someone from inside the building called 911 around 4:30 p.m. to report the shootings, police said. The first officers on the scene quickly began evacuating people from the business and closed off several blocks.
Dozens of squad cars and SWAT officers swarmed the neighborhood Thursday afternoon, and traffic was stopped on a nearby bridge along Penn Avenue, where officers had rifles drawn and pointed at the business and a park below.By Thursday evening, police vehicles were still surrounding the business. People from the neighborhood milled around but deputies kept them back.
Marques Jones, 18, of Minneapolis, said he was outside a building down the street having his high school senior pictures taken when he and his photographer heard gunfire that sounded close.
"We heard about four to five gunshots," Jones said. "We were shocked at what happened and we just looked at each other. We all just took off running to our vehicles."
According to Accent Signage Systems' website, the company makes interior signage and lists its founder as Reuven Rahamim. A phone messages left at the business was not immediately returned, and a woman who answered the phone at Rahamim's residential listing declined comment.
The company employed 28 people as of July, according to a feature on the business in Finance & Commerce, a local business publication. The paper reported that U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce Francisco Sanchez visited it in August in a trip focused on exporting, and praised the company for its innovation.
The company developed a patented technology for producing signs in Braille and had licensed out the technology to companies in 38 countries, the newspaper said.
Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak said employees who were working when the shootings occurred were together and being cared for Thursday evening."We are deeply sorry about what has happened here," he said, calling the shootings "a horrible tragedy."
Associated Press writers Doug Glass and Jeff Baenen in Minneapolis, and Barbara Rodriguez, Erin Gartner and Dave Nichols in Chicago contributed to this report.

Woman Catches Maid Sucking Blood From Child’s Nose

maid sucking blood child nose zimbabwe Woman Catches Maid Sucking Blood From Childs Nose

In a shocking bloodsucking incident, a house help from Gwabalanda area in Bulawayo Zimbabwe has betrayed her boss’s trust after she was caught sucking blood from the nose of her 4-year-old child. The mother (name withheld to protect the identity of the child) revealed that she got a tip-off from her neighbour after she had heard her child screaming in pain at the same time everyday. Sinanzeni Moyo, employed as a baby-sitter, had worked for the woman for two months.
“A neighbour came to me one weekend asking about my relationship with Sinanzeni(the maid). I told her that she was doing her duties well and the only problem we had was that my daughter was afraid of her,” said the mother of the baby. The neighbour reportedly informed her that everyday at around 9am, she usually would her her daughter screaming.“We then agreed that on Monday, I will unexpectedly return home at around nine to check on what would be taking place to my daughter. I kept quiet about the matter and on Monday I got home at around 9.15am and proceeded to the bedroom. As fate would have it, my daughter was crying loud such that Sinanzeni never heard me opening the doors. I caught her busy sucking blood from my daughter’s nostrils,” she explained. The baffled woman said she shouted at the maid but she continued ‘feasting’ on the child’s blood and only stopped when she hit her with an open hand on the face. “Surprisingly, Sinanzeni pretended as if everything was okay and before I could ask her what she was doing, she threatened me. She told me that I should never say a word to anyone about the incident if ever I still wanted to see another day with my daughter. In the evening, I visited my neighbour and told her what I had discovered. When we confronted the maid about the issue, she walked out on us saying she did not owe us any explanation,” said the child’s mother. The neighbour confirmed the incident, adding that they suspected that Sinanzeni gave them wrong details and her phone was no longer reachable.“I guess that maid was a Satanist and now we do not even know where to look for her and her phone is unreachable. At least she left that family alive,” said the neighbour.

Billionaire Father Offers £40 million To Turn Lesbian Daughter Straight

40 million pounds lesbian daughter straight hong kong Billionaire Father Offers £40 million To Turn Lesbian Daughter Straight

Sept 28, 2012 - Hong Kong Billionaire Father Offers £40 million To Turn Lesbian Daughter Straight
A Hong Kong businessman and a father has offered to pay £40 million to any smart man who can woo his daughter, Gigi from her Lesbian lover.
76-year-old Cecil Chao Sze-Tsung who is a popular playboy claimed to have slept with over 10,000 women.
Cecil Chao Sze Tsung Billionaire Father Offers £40 million To Turn Lesbian Daughter Straight
Cecil Chao Sze-Tsung and daughter, Gigi
He made headlines this week after offering HK$500 million marriage bounty on learning his daughter Gigi had a church wedding with her girlfriend in France.
The ladies man, who is chairman of property development firm Cheuk Nang Holdings, has never married and is known for his love of Rolls-Royces and for being a qualified helicopter pilot – a skill he shares with Gigi, who is one of three children he has had by three different women.
Speaking today while sporting gold mirrored sunglasses and a sport jacket over an unbuttoned polo shirt, he said he had received thousands of offers from suitors for his daughter’s hand.
He said: ‘I was very surprised about the reaction from around the world. [I have had] thousands of people writing to say they want to be my in-laws.’
Mr Chao says he is offering the money because he wants to make sure his daughter has a comfortable life in Hong Kong, which he believes will require a house worth HK$150m (£12m).
‘The rest of the money can be used for investments,’ he said.
‘Living a comfortable life in Hong Kong, not super-luxury, takes HK$500 million.’
Hong Kong decriminalised homosexuality in 1991, but it does not legally recognise same-sex marriage.
Gigi, a University of Manchester graduate, has said she found the HK$500 million bounty ‘quite entertaining’.
She has been approached by suitors from all over the world including American war veterans, an Ethiopian, Turk and South American.
One man wrote: ‘I’m interested in the offer. I am a male person, who also happens to be gay.’
Another put up his brother, a body double to George Clooney in the 2008 film Leatherheads, as a potential beau.
The hopefuls, however, seem to be wasting their time.
Miss Chao insists she will not be ditching her partner – regardless of the calibre of man her father’s millions can buy.
Her father has refused to accept his daughter’s sexuality, hence his ‘marriage bounty’.
‘My father has an interesting interpretation of me,’ said Miss Chao.
‘Homosexuality is still an uncomfortable issue for many people.’
‘I don’t mind whether he is rich or poor – the important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted,’ he said of the ideal husband for his daughter.
‘Gigi is a very good woman with both talents and looks. She is devoted to her parents, is generous and does volunteer work,’ he told the South China Morning Post.
Same-sex marriages are not recognised in Hong Kong.
A regular on the city’s social circuit and in celebrity magazines, Mr Chao has never married. Gigi is the oldest of his children.
In addition to the dowry, he has also offered to start his potential son-in-law up in his own business.
He said the prize money was ‘an inducement to attract someone who has the talent, but not the capital, to start his own business’.
Miss Chao graduated from university in 1999 with a degree in architecture. She went on to work for two years with prominent British architect Sir Terry Farrell.

The psychology graduate can write, type, drive a car, brush her hair and talk on her phone simply using her feet. Ms Cox, from Tuscon, Arizona, USA, is also a former dancer and double black belt in Tae Kwon-Do. She has a no-restrictions driving license, she flies planes and she can type 25 words a minute.
The plane she is flying is called an Ercoupe and it is one of the few airplanes to be made and certified without pedals. Without rudder pedals, Jessica is free to use her feet as hands. Her flight training took three years instead of the normal six months to earn her lightweight aircraft licence, had three flying instructors and practiced 89 hours of flying, becoming the first pilot with no arms.

Video – A True Story of a Man who has been to Hell and Met Jesus Christ FOR 23minute

Randy Pastor who ‘delivers’ women through sex on the altar exposed

The bible summed it up when it says, “Wonders will take over the world when the end times are near.” These are obvious end times as the Armageddon is already here with us. Men of God are beginning to see themselves as demi gods, and can do anything to get the mouth ajar. They continue to desecrate the church of God without any explanations to their congregation. This is the case with Uche Augustina Enechukwu whose husband, a pastor in charge of the Isachi-based Glorious Deliverance Ministry (GDM) has been accused of sleeping with his church members. It was a case of ‘the hunter being hunted’ as the cleric who stormed the Igando Magistrate court, praying the judge to dissolve his 26-year-old marriage only to  discovered that he’d bitten more than he could chew, as a group of women, both old and young, who were members of his congregation stormed the court premises and narrated the shameful story of the sexual harassments he had subjected them to. In this show of shame, the cleric fired the first salvo by heading to the court, praying the judge to dissolve his 26-year-old marriage to his spouse. The 47-year-old preacher gave his reasons for divorce arguing that his wife had deprived him of his position as the husband and head of the family.
“She doesn’t follow my instruction.” It is a case of two captains in a ship. She wants to be the husband while I become the wife,” he lamented angrily. Continuing, the father of seven who hails from Anambra State said: “My wife is a blatant liar and she as well trains the kids with lies. There is no iota of truth in her mouth. She is against my calling as a minister of God. In fact, she’s against my ministry,” he said. However, when his wife rose to present her own side of the case, she brought a new twist. “My husband is a very randy man,” she said, “He’s a disgrace to man and God. For many years, I have been trying to condone his excesses and cover his atrocities, but he wouldn’t change. He had slept with virtually every female member of hischurch,” she alleged.
The 44-year-old Lady Evangelist affirming that her husband does not respect his office as an ‘Apostle of the Most High’, claimed that “even my friends were not left out of the sexual molestations as he always lure them to his office to have sex in the name of ‘healing and deliverance’ from evil spirits. I haven’t been privileged to catch him red-handed but the reports I have been getting are concrete.”She even recalled a particular occasion whereby her husband had a sexual affair with a lesbian. She narrated to the court how the ‘possessed’ member of their church unsuccessfully attempted to trick her to have sex with her. “Unfortunately, the same woman set a similar trap for Goodness [her husband] and he fell for it, hook, line and sinker. The same woman came to confess to me that she had sex with my husband in his office. When I confronted him, he was so reluctant to either refute or affirm the allegations against him. Several other reports of his incessant sexual harassments and molestations kept circulating in the church, thus we have lost most of our once devoted members,” the court heard from her.Buttressing claims of her husband’s gross irresponsibility, Augustina argued further: “I am the one that train our seven children till date. Two of them are enrolled in a private university where I pay one million naira annually as school fees for each of them. The ones in secondary and primary schools are also sponsored by me. My husband contributes nothing to our welfare. As if that wasn’t enough burden on me already, after I financed his (her husband’s) Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) he insisted I see him through the four walls of a university with his intention to study Political Science. My refusal to buy that idea was part of the marital problems we are having,” she affirmed.
Despite his atrocities, Augustina, however, claimed she still loves her husband and wouldn’t want their marriage severed. And the court presided over by Mr. Adewale Eko reasoned with her and adjourned the suit to October 6, 2012, hoping that with time both parties might be able to settle their differences.
However, more drama ensued outside the court at the end of the proceeding as female members of the church unabashedly accosted Pastor Goodness Enechukwu and they created an ugly scene loudly telling passers-by how they had been victims of his ‘sexual deliverance session’. They clapped their hands, hoots and wailed at him as he walked past the Igando Central Market. Attempts to calm the situation, by the reporter and some court officials proved abortive. The aggrieved women narrated to onlookers and passers-by their different encounters of sexual exploitations by the supposed man of God.

SPORTS - Victor Ikpeba strikes again: “I ill cut off my dreadlocks if Arsenal wins the league”

Ex Nigerian international, Victor Ikpeba, has said that he will cut off his dreadlocks if Arsenal Football Club wins the English Premiership in the 2012/2013 season. The retired footballer who is presently one of the soccer analysts on SuperSports TV made the statement shortly after the fixture between Manchester City and Arsenal on Sunday.
Back in the day Victor Ikpeba was one of the few Nigerian internationals who had very brilliant careers in Europe. The footballer, however, is most remembered by Nigerians for his penalty kick against Cameroon in the 2000 Nations Cup final.
The famous penalty kick had hit the crossbar, bounced off it, and landed behind the line, which makes it a goal. However, Tunisian Referee, Mourad Daami, had not given the goal. Ikpeba too had not helped the situation as he had put his hands on his head conceding the loss of the penalty. The decision by the referee had more or less cost Nigeria the cup.
Meanwhile, the Gunners had indeed put up a good performance on Sunday to hold the English Premiership title holder to a 1-1 draw. As a retired footballer, it is expected that Ikpeba should know that it could be too early predict who would win the English Premiership. He might have been joking about it though, however it might be a good thing to see what the ex footballer looks like again without the dreads!

Britain and Canada to have joint diplomatic missions overseas

William Hague William Hague says the new arrangement will extend Britain's diplomatic presence around the world
Britain is to establish joint diplomatic missions abroad with Canada, the Foreign Secretary William Hague will announce.
Mr Hague is to reveal details of this planned new co-operation when he meets his Canadian counterpart John Baird in Ottawa on Monday.
The agreement for joint diplomatic missions overseas could eventually involve Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Hague says it will give Britain "a bigger reach abroad for less cost".
The aim is to expand the countries' diplomatic presence in places where either London or Ottawa does not already have an embassy.
Mr Hague has issued a statement ahead of his announcement on Monday, which said: "As David Cameron said when addressing the Canadian parliament last year: 'We are two nations, but under one Queen and united by one set of values'."
"We have stood shoulder to shoulder from the great wars of the last century to fighting terrorists in Afghanistan and supporting Arab Spring Nations like Libya and Syria. We are first cousins.
"So it is natural that we look to link up our embassies with Canada's in places where that suits both countries. It will give us a bigger reach abroad for our businesses and people for less cost."
The BBC's diplomatic correspondent Jonathan Marcus says that, while money is one factor driving co-operation, this diplomatic link-up will also play well in euro-sceptic circles within the Conservative Party, where there is a good deal of unease at the expansion of the European Union's own diplomatic corps - the External Action Service.

News : Pregnant Turkish woman shoots and kills her rapist, beheads him and displays head in village square

According to reports, the 26 year old mother of two had been constantly and consistently abused by her rapist for whom she is currently 5 months pregnant. Using the threat of sending nude pictures to her parents, he forced her to have sex against her will. The one thing that her rapist didn’t bargain for was her determination that her ‘honor’ would not be ruined.
The tables turned when he threatened to tell everyone about the rape and all she could see was her honor and that of her children being ruined. She shot him 10 times (several times in the genitals) stabbed him, cut off his head and flung it into the village square at Yalvac.
When arrested she said ‘That is the head of the one who toyed with my honor’
‘Everyone would have insulted my children. Now no one can. I saved my honor. They will now call [my] children the kids of the women who saved her honor’
She is now demanding an abortion and even though abortions of fetuses over 10 weeks old are illegal in Turkey; she says she’s willing to die as long as she gets the abortion.
Not surprisingly, womens’ groups in Turkey have praised her as a heroine

Condoms 'too big' for Indian men

http://www.toptenz.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/condoms1.jpg

Condom factory
There is a "lack of awareness" over condom sizes
A survey of more than 1,000 men in India has concluded that condoms made according to international sizes are too large for a majority of Indian men. The study found that more than half of the men measured had penises that were shorter than international standards for condoms.
It has led to a call for condoms of mixed sizes to be made more widely available in India.
The two-year study was carried out by the Indian Council of Medical Research.
Over 1,200 volunteers from the length and breadth of the country had their penises measured precisely, down to the last millimetre.
The scientists even checked their sample was representative of India as a whole in terms of class, religion and urban and rural dwellers.

It's not size, it's what you do with it that matters
Sunil Mehra
The conclusion of all this scientific endeavour is that about 60% of Indian men have penises which are between three and five centimetres shorter than international standards used in condom manufacture. Doctor Chander Puri, a specialist in reproductive health at the Indian Council of Medical Research, told the BBC there was an obvious need in India for custom-made condoms, as most of those currently on sale are too large.
The issue is serious because about one in every five times a condom is used in India it either falls off or tears, an extremely high failure rate.
And the country already has the highest number of HIV infections of any nation.
'Not a problem'
Mr Puri said that since Indians would be embarrassed about going to a chemist to ask for smaller condoms there should be vending machines dispensing different sizes all around the country.
"Smaller condoms are on sale in India. But there is a lack of awareness that different sizes are available. There is anxiety talking about the issue. And normally one feels shy to go to a chemist's shop and ask for a smaller size condom."
But Indian men need not be concerned about measuring up internationally according to Sunil Mehra, the former editor of the Indian version of the men's magazine Maxim.
"It's not size, it's what you do with it that matters," he said.
"From our population, the evidence is Indians are doing pretty well.
"With apologies to the poet Alexander Pope, you could say, for inches and centimetres, let fools contend."

Germany and France vow to strengthen ties

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande in the yard of the castle in Ludwigsburg. The two leaders do not always see eye to eye

French and German leaders have stressed they will remain committed in tackling European issues on the 50th anniversary of a post-WWII reconciliation speech.
Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Francois Hollande made the pledge in the German city of Ludwigsburg.
Speaking in German there in 1962, French President Charles de Gaulle said they were "children of a great nation which had made great errors".
The two allies are working closely to address the current euro debt crisis.
"Less than 20 years after the most horrible global conflict, it took boldness to call for the union of our two countries which had fought against each other with such savagery," Mr Hollande said.
"It took boldness to believe in Europe, this continent which had just torn itself apart. It took boldness to turn resentment into hope."
France and Germany have "a very special responsibility, we form the heart of Europe", he said.
Mr Hollande spoke of the need to "create instruments that make us stronger: a fiscal union, a banking union, a social union, a political union".
At the end of his speech, President Hollande spoke in German addressing young people in both countries: "It is now your role to make the European dream a reality and give it a future."
German Chancellor Angela Merkel addresses the ceremony attended by President Francois Hollande on 22 September 2012. The ceremony was to remember the beginning of a lasting alliance
The German chancellor said the two countries ought to work together to strengthen Europe.
"However great the economic challenges may be, it remains and will remain valid: We Europeans are united in the pursuit of our happiness," Angela Merkel said.
Saturday's events were largely ceremonial, but the two leaders discussed plans by EADS and BAE Systems to merge - creating the world's largest aerospace and defence firm.
"We didn't make any decisions. Germany and France will stay in close contact on this issue," Chancellor Merkel said.
"Of course we discussed what we still need to consider with regard to the EADS/BAE issue. We agreed that we will investigate the necessary issues intensively with the necessary care, and in agreement with the companies involved," she said.
Disagreeing politely Charles de Gaulle's speech was seen as a highly significant moment, when France sought partnership with its erstwhile foe, says the BBC's Steve Evans in Berlin.
Now the Franco-German relationship is the core of the eurozone, even though when President Francois Hollande won power earlier this year, it did not seem to be at its strongest, our correspondent says.
Mr Hollande and Chancellor Merkel had different policies on how to save the euro - the German leader had a more austere policy on public spending than he did.
But that now seems to have changed, our correspondent adds. He says they speak as one on insisting on strict conditions for bailouts.
Mr Hollande may have softened his belief that economies can be stimulated by government spending, and Mrs Merkel may have softened her position on the European Central Bank being more willing to help struggling governments, our correspondent says.
But issues remain, particularly over how fast to move towards a unified European banking system. De Gaulles' speech has led to a partnership but one where there are still rows.
They do not always see eye to eye but divorce is not contemplated, our Germany correspondent says.

Afghans have been glued to their TV sets this week watching the start of their country's first-ever football league season.

Roshan Afghan Premier League a hit with fans

Afghan footballers There is a long tradition of playing football in Afghanistan, despite the interruptions of war

Afghans have been glued to their TV sets this week watching the start of their country's first-ever football league season.
It may be a long way from the standards of European football leagues, but the newly created Roshan Afghan Premier League has generated huge excitement and turned people across the country into football fans overnight.
It all started with a single reality TV programme on Afghanistan's main private channel, Tolo: the Maidan-e-Sabz (Green Field) programme offered aspiring footballers the chance to compete for a place in eight newly-formed football teams across Afghanistan.
The participants put their football skills to the test in a series of challenges, including one that involved running through mud and water.
By the end of the series, 18 players had been chosen for each new regional club.
"We want to improve professional football in Afghanistan," said Keramuddin Karim, head of Afghanistan's football federation and a key member of the Green Field TV jury.
"It is a new era for Afghanistan's favourite sport, football."

The new teams in the Roshan football league - named after the country's leading telecommunications company, which is jointly sponsoring the operation - have the support of the international governing body of football, Fifa, and the Asian Football Federation.
All the matches are played in a new 5,000-seater football stadium in the capital.
The first match kicked off on Tuesday, with Kandahar's Atalan-e-Maiwand roundly beating Shaheen Asmaee from Kabul.
"We had space for 5,000 people, but more than 10,000 turned up," said Mr Karim.
"They were shouting, cheering up and even crying during one of the first ever league matches in their country."
There is a long tradition of playing football in Afghanistan, despite the interruptions of war.
The Afghan Football Federation was set up in 1933 and it joined Fifa in 1948; the national team played its first-ever match against European opposition at the London Olympic Games in 1948, losing 6-0 to Luxembourg.
But the Soviet invasion on Afghanistan in 1979 and the ensuing civil war put an end to international football for more than two decades.
The Afghan national team eventually returned to the international arena in 2002, when they played South Korea in the Asian Games, losing 2-0.
Lions of Khurasan They had better luck in the Asian Cup the following year, beating Kyrgyzstan, but this was followed by a run of losses until 2011, when they were runners-up in the South Asian Games in Delhi.

The result was their best-ever and they were dubbed the Lions of Khurasan, a nickname which has stuck.
Evidence that the launch of the new Afghan football league has sparked a new wave of enthusiasm for the game is clearly seen in the decision by one expatriate to start a website updating the results of the league to the outside world.
For the fans, football provides a welcome relief from the violence and suicide attacks which are reported daily on the news.
"I am so lucky to be sitting here and watching my country's football league," said Jamshid Aziz, a university student in Kabul.
"It feels like I'm watching Barcelona playing Real Madrid. I know that sounds like an exaggeration but who would have believed we would see something like this in Afghanistan one day?"
Afghan women are getting in on the act too - the women's national team has recently had a run of good results.
Feeling of togetherness Kabul student Samira Haidari, 19, says that football has replaced Bollywood soap operas as her television favourite.
Queue of people for Afghan Premier League match Football has promoted a sense of Afghan national unity
"I am a big fan of football, I welcome this event in my country and I follow every bit of it on TV," she told the BBC. "I really hope to watch it live in the stadium soon."
When it comes to salaries though, Afghan football teams are certainly in a different league from Barcelona or Real Madrid.
None of the players have contracts - they are only paid basic expenses. Teams get their board and lodging paid and players from outside Kabul also get a tiny daily allowance.
"We pay them 500 Afghanis ($10;£6) for their expenses," says Mr Karim of the football federation.
"I know it's not very much, but if they play well and shine it could open a new chapter in their lives."
Although the players know all about the multi-million pound salaries and contracts of the world's leading footballers, they say that for now, money does not matter.
"I would never have dreamed that it could be possible to play in front of such a big crowd who all have smiles on their faces," says Mujtaba Faiz, who plays for Kabul.
"For the moment, that's all I want."
But there is good news for the teams that come first, second and third in the new league.
The victors will win a grand prize of $15,000 (£9,200) and some players will be offered the chance to join the national team, which is mostly made up of players from Kabul, many of whom are playing in the Roshan league. As yet, no Afghan team members play overseas.
The newly-formed league runs until the middle of October, but many Afghans hope that the feeling of togetherness that football seems to be generating across the country will last much longer.

Moscow 'drunk driver' kills seven on Minsk Street

Covered bodies lie in front of the car that ploughed into a Moscow bus stop

A drunk driver killed seven people and injured three others by crashing his car into a bus stop in Moscow, Russian police say.
The 29-year-old driver, who was arrested at the scene, had his licence suspended in 2010 for drunk driving, officers said.
Interfax news agency quoted a police official as saying he was driving at about 200km/h (125mph).
If convicted, he could face up to nine years in jail.
"As a result of a test that was conducted, it was determined that at the time of the accident the driver was in a state of alcoholic intoxication," a statement on the Moscow police website said.
The crash occurred on Minsk Street in the west of the city.
Unconfirmed reports said some of the crash victims were children.
The Russian government has taken steps to curb alcoholism in recent months, raising taxes on beer, and passing a bill banning internet advertising of alcoholic drinks.

News - Trapped Margate family of six rescued from fire by neighbours

Robert Blaskett and another neighbour helped rescue the family from the fire
A family of six were rescued from a fire in their home in Kent by two neighbours who heard their screams.
The mother and her five children became trapped on the first floor of their property when fire broke out in the kitchen in the early hours.
Two men climbed on to railings to break through a bathroom window at the house in Vicarage Place, Margate, and pull them to safety.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service praised their "extreme bravery".
One of the rescuers and the family were taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
'Lady screaming' Crews using breathing apparatus extinguished the blaze which destroyed part of the the kitchen and caused smoke damage to the rest of the house.
Neighbour Rob Blaskett said it was a "pretty frightening" situation and he was still "really shocked".
He said: "We heard screaming and shouting and looked out of the window and saw black smoke billowing out of the bathroom window and a young lady screaming out.

"Me and the wife went out and had a good look and ended up smashing the window and pulling the children through the window.
"There was two of us. There was another chap, he was leaning against the railings where the little window is and the mother was passing the children out."
Mr Blaskett said: "She was screaming and shouting for the last child. All I saw was a pair of hands sticking up through the window.
"I reached up and grabbed her by the scruff of the neck and pulled her out through the window, back to safety."
Margate watch manager Paul Ward praised the actions of the rescuers, particularly the one who suffered smoke inhalation.
He said: "While we would always advise people not to enter a building that is on fire.
"The man's actions in rescuing this family were extremely brave and with considerable risk to his own safety."
Kent Fire and Rescue Service believes the fire started after an electric cooker was left on accidentally.
Mr Ward added: "It seems that although there was a smoke alarm fitted on the ground floor, it didn't activate and it appears the batteries may not have been inserted fully.
"Our advice to residents would be to ensure that you have working smoke alarms fitted on each floor of your home and to test them regularly to ensure they will provide early warning to a fire."
